EVENT INFORMATION:
Weigh ins will take place at the ‘bull pen’ 25 minutes prior to the start of your division. Not making weight or failing to show up for scheduled weigh-in time will result in a disqualification with no refund. Please be assured that we make every effort to match competitors fairly, according to age, weight and rank. Should the event reach capacity, we reserve the right to close online registration early.
SPECTATORS:
Passes may be purchased at the event.
Spectator Fee: $10 cash only or $20/Family
*Each academy may designate up to two black belt coaches who receive spectator passes at no cost. The academy must have competitors registered for this particular event and the passes must be approved by the Event Coordinator.
BRACKETING INFORMATION:
Kids are guaranteed two matches. (we can not guarantee this if competitors no show) Teen/Adult/Masters are modified single elimination bracket. Competitors are not guaranteed more than one match per division entered regardless of the outcome.
PLEASE NOTE: Competitors are required to wear an IBJJF approved uniform (gi) or (nogi).
OPEN CLASS:
Anyone is eligeble to compete in open class.

No cup (groin protection), no knee pads
EVENT SCHEDULE:
Venue Opens: 8:00 AM

MATCH DURATION:
Age 5-6 (2 minutes)
Age 7-15 (3 minutes)
Age 16+ (5 minutes)
SMOOTHCOMP:
Coaches please register your academy in Smoothcomp as this will allow you to track your competitors and allow your students to register under the correct Academy Name. This will also allow competitors not to be placed against team mates in the first round.

REFUND POLICY:
NO REFUNDS. Only exception is if you are alone in your division after brackets are finalized. NO REFUNDS.
